后福特主义对大学语文教学改革的启示

摘    要:后福特主义对大学语文的教学改革具有多方面的启示。在课程设置上,可实行“两层多选”的模式;在教学内容上,应最大限度地响应教学对象的需求;在教学方式上,应实现学习者作用最大化。后福特主义之所以能成为大学语文改革的一个新视角,其根本原因在于这一体系所蕴涵的关于人的需求与潜能发掘等方面的理念,与教育改革的发展要求相一致。

Abstract:Post-Fordism has enlightened us on the reform in College Chinese teaching in many ways. As to the framework of curricula, the model of "two-level and multi-curricula" is feasible. As far as teaching content is concerned, learners' requirement must be met to the full extent. When it comes to teaching methodology, learners should play the most important role in teaching process. Post-Fordism contains the idea of finding out people's needs and potentials, which coincides with the calls of educational reform. That's why Post-Fordism can offer the reform in College Chinese teaching a fresh point of view.
