| 摘 要： | 文章在对农村信贷配给度的历史变迁梳理的基础上,采用协整和比较的方法分析了中国农村信贷资金的配给效率。研究表明,政府主导的农村金融体制变迁决定了农业信贷配给度的变迁;农业信贷配给度有所降低,但其信贷配给效率低下;农村中小企业的信贷配给度逐年增加,但其信贷配给效率较高;农村金融体制深化改革阶段的农业信贷配给效率低于农村金融改革的初期阶段;农村中小企业的信贷配给效率高于农业信贷配给的效率。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the efficiency of Chinese rural credit rationing by Co integration Test and Comparison on the basis of the historical transition of the credit rationing degree.The result indicates that the transition of rural financial system led by Chinese government determines the one of agricultural credit rationing;The degree of agricultural credit rationing decreases somehow.However,the efficiency of agricultural credit rationing is very low.The article also finds that the degree of the credit rat... |
