| 摘 要： | 在高职院校中建立现代化、高水平的汽车维修职业教育培训体系,具有良好的发展前景。北京经济管理职业学院采取中外合作方式,建立高水准的汽车人才实训基地,将德国“双元制”职业教育模式引入汽车维修职业培训,配备了高标准的实训设施,形成了中德组合、校企结合的专兼职实训师资队伍,紧密结合社会需求开设教育培训项目,努力在中高级汽车人才培训上闯出新路子。
