| 摘 要： | 建筑工程造价控制与管理是建筑工程建设管理的重要组成部分,应该得到工程各方的足够重视。本文从项目决策、项目设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算等五个阶段分析工程造价控制中存在的问题,为工程的造价管理的合理化提出了一些相应的解决措施。
