| 摘 要： | 我国正处于产业结构更新换代以及城市化加速发展阶段，无论是产业结构还是城市用地结构都将发生剧烈变动。本文分析了城市产业变迁与城市用地空间结构演变的相关理论，并以华中地区的特大城市武汉市为例，分析了该市产业结构现状及城市用地结构存在的问题，最后提出了促进产业结构与城市用地结构“双优化”的政策建议。

| Abstract: | China is in the period of industry structure upgrading and accelerated development of urbanization; both industry structure and urban land structure are going to work drastic changes.This paper analyzes theories of industrial restructuring and urban land structural optimization, the status of urban industry structure and problems in urban land utility of Wuhan city, finally gives some practical measures of industrial restructuring and urban land structural optimization. |
