| 摘 要： | 中国加入世贸组织以后,对中国的社会经济生活产生了巨大影响。跨国公司为适应变化了的新形势,对其在华投资战略迅速做出调整,加快了进入中国市场的步伐。分析跨国公司在华投资现状及其战略调整的内容和特点,期望能够把握跨国公司在华投资战略调整的契机,利用跨国公司的优势资源,加速我国经济结构调整和产业结构升级,为中国经济WTO后时代持续稳定发展打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into the WTO,social economy has been greatly influenced.In order to adapt to the changing situations,transnational corporations adjusted their strategies and speeded up their market entry paces.It has been analyzed the status quo,contents and features of their changes in investment strategies.This is believed to be a good opportunity to accelerate the adjustment of economic structure and upgrade the industrial structure by utilizing the advantaged resources of transnational corporations,which can serve as solid foundation to achieve continuous and steady development of Chinese economy in post-WTO era. |
