| 摘 要： | 番木瓜是世界上第一种大规模种植的转基因水果,多个国家和地区开展了转基因番木瓜的研究和田间试验。针对市场上可能遇到的转基因番木瓜种类,本文分析了这些转基因木瓜的外源基因结构,在外源基因的NOS启动子与植物基因组之间的侧翼序列中设计了3类转基因木瓜的4个品系（Event）的特异性实时PCR的引物/探针,建立了4种抗病毒转基因番木瓜的品系特异性实时PCR检测方法,优化了番木瓜果肉和种籽的DNA纯化方法。实验表明这些品系检测方法的特异性和灵敏度符合出入境检验检疫的要求,应用这些方法从市售的番木瓜中检出了台湾中兴大学研发的两个转基因品系。 |
