| 摘 要： | 创新贵在持续,也难在持续,持续创新能够提升企业的核心竞争力.但是对于我国众多的企业而言,如何进行持续创新,采取什么技术创新战略却是一个现实的问题.在分析了自主创新战略和模仿创新战略的优劣后,文章提出二次创新战略是我国企业在持续创新过程中较优的战略选择,并基于企业持续创新过程的特点构建了二次创新战略的进化路径.
