| 摘 要： | 创新型人才的培养是一个系统工程,必须科学设计培养目标和培养方案。要让学生树立创新服务社会的理念,学习创新所需要的基础理论知识,掌握创新的科学方法,发现影响事物发展的问题,通过系统地分析问题,创造性地解决问题来实现有效的创新。高校创新人才培养的有效模式是:科学设计,系统培养,重点激励。 |
