摘    要:粮食干燥过程是加热脱水过程,所需能耗大,对燃料特别是煤的消耗较大,粮食干燥过程会产生大量的粉尘、燃烧煤会产生大量烟尘、烟气和二氧化硫等,随着近几年大型粮食干燥机的快速发展和使用,节能减排已提到了首要位置,几年来通过检测验收,确实发现一些实际问题需要改进完善,现就普遍存在的问题进行阐述,提高完善现有干燥设备,解决干燥和仓储设备滞后和现存的技术问题,实现节能安全生产,促进干燥机械设备的快速和协调发展。

Abstract:Grain drying is a heating and dewatering procedure, which needs higher energy consumption, especially needs a large consumption of coal. The burning of coal during the drying procedure will produce a large amount of dust, smoke and sulfur dioxide. Recent years, with the increasing development and using of large grain dryers, energy saving and pollution reduction is becoming more and more imminent. Some common problems are stated here followed with our improvement measures.
