| 摘 要： | 选取食品及饲料添加剂允许使用的亚硒酸钠、富硒酵母和硒化卡拉胶作为硒源，在同一剂量下比较它们对小鼠的抗氧化机能、免疫机能和组织硒含量的影响。结果表明2种有机硒源在抗氧化、免疫及组织硒沉积上较亚硒酸钠均有不同程度的改善或提高，而2种有机硒源间也存在一定差异，富硒酵母的组织沉积量最大，而硒化卡拉胶各项指标比较均衡，未见突出优势。
