摘    要:选取食品及饲料添加剂允许使用的亚硒酸钠、富硒酵母和硒化卡拉胶作为硒源,在同一剂量下比较它们对小鼠的抗氧化机能、免疫机能和组织硒含量的影响。结果表明2种有机硒源在抗氧化、免疫及组织硒沉积上较亚硒酸钠均有不同程度的改善或提高,而2种有机硒源间也存在一定差异,富硒酵母的组织沉积量最大,而硒化卡拉胶各项指标比较均衡,未见突出优势。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of different selenium sources on the antioxidant activity,immunity and tissues selenium deposition of mice.Three kinds of selenium resources as Na2SeO3,selenium enriched yeast(Se-yeast)and kappa-seleno-canageenan which could be used as food and feed additives were adopted at same dose.The results showed that both Se-yeast and kappa-seleno-canageenan could improve the antioxidant activity,the immunity and the tissue Se deposition of mice more effectively t...
