The Approach of Causes and Management Tactics about Cooperative Innovation Alliance

With the acceleration of the world economy unify,the high-technology enterprises must have a strategy regulation with the center of innovation cooperation.The key of the process connecting with alliance is based on the conflict management among the enterprises of the alliance.This paper analyzes the causes and type about the conflict among the partners of the alliance.Combining with the characteristics of the conflict,the management tactics according the different types of the companions in the alliance are put forward.After discussing present conditions of the enterprises in our country,the suggestion about conflict management is raised.
