“民工荒”问题的实证分析

本文根据中国特殊国情构建了农村劳动力转移就业模型，选取深圳农民工作为样本进行实证分析。研究显示，沿海地区对外来农民工的“吸力”下降和内地城市经济发展而形成的“拉力”上升共同引起了沿海地区农民工短缺。

An Empirical Study of Mingong Shortage

this paper analyses the problem of peasant-worker or "mingong" shortage through the point of rural-urban migration. First the present authordesigns a rural-urban migration model according to the special situation of China. Secondly an empirical analysis is made, using the Shenzhen peasantworkers sample. Third a conclusion is reached that the rising "suction" of the hinterland and the declining "pull" of the coastal belt take the coastal labormarket into shortage together. At last some recommendations are made.
