| Abstract: | Contract is a written warrant for civil legal behaviors of an enterprise. Good contract management is of great significance to safeguard the valid interests of the enterprise. This paper discussed the designing principles of contract management institutions, analyzed the various procedures in the process of contract management, and proposed the concrete ideology of contract management for an enterprise. |
