| 摘 要： | 管理创新已成为企业持续快速发展的必然要求,探索对企业管理创新的评价机制变得尤为重要。在分析管理创新深刻内涵的基础上,提出了建立企业管理创新评价机制的思路,即明确效率和效果的评价目标,基于系统思想的分类和分析得出了员工满意度和顾客满意度为评价对象,最后根据方法适用的原则确定结构方程模型为评价方法。 ? |
