| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会提出了新的发展理念——科学发展观,其核心是以人为本。对科学、发展和科学发展观中的人本主义内涵的深刻揭示,证明人是一切理论思考和实践行为的价值原点与绝对基础,离开了人的这一核心,任何发展都会变得毫无意义。
