The powder conveying of the concrete batching plant is driven by the diesel engine of the bulk cement truck,which has high cost,loud noise,and exhaust emissions that endanger human health.In addition,the high moisture content in the air leads to the agglomeration of the powder,which causes the failure of the dust removal equipment,the explosion of the top of the powder tank,the flying of dust,the waste of powder and the pollution of the environment.Problems;improper human management causes the wrong material in the powder tank,resulting in waste of resources and manpower.This article comprehensively solves the above shortcomings through the optimization and upgrading of the powder conveying system of the concrete station,for the reference of all concrete batching plant enterprises.
