| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡社会保障作为社会大系统中的一个子系统，必然和其他系统进行连续不断的能量交换，以保持系统的动态平衡。基于社会生态环境视角，文章从政治、经济和文化等几个方面进行分析，探讨统筹城乡社会保障的影响和制约效应，为我国统筹城乡社会保障的进一步发展寻找理论支撑。
