| 摘 要： | 以资源整合方式、服务内容、服务范围三个维度为界定依据,对第三方物流企业(TPLs)的运作模式进行了分类,分析了各种模式的主要特征和适用性,并指出了其优劣势和发展前景,为物流企业依据自身特点选择恰当的运作模式类型和发展方向提供了参考。
