摘    要:作为一种科学的管理方式,绩效管理最初是应用于企业中,后来被引入到政府管理中。政府绩效管理对我国进行行政管理体制改革和增强政府能力具有十分重要的意义,是秤学发展观具体落实在政府部门的体现。我国政府近几年来对此已进行了大量的探索,从目前政府绩效管理的现状来看,尽管在理论和实践方面都取得了一定成绩,但存在的问题也不少,应有相应的改善政府绩效管理的应对措施。

Abstract:As a scientific mode of administration, the performance management was first applied in the enterprise while later it was generally introduced into the government management. The Government Performance Management is of great significance to achieve the objectives of our country's administrative system reform and strengthen government capacity, particularly under the background of global economic crisis, it is concrete realization of the scientific development concept in Government department. Our country Government has carried on the massive explorations regarding this in the last few years, from the point of view on the current status of government performance management, although has made certain progress in the theory and the practice aspect, but there are also many problems. The article launches the analysis regarding this, proposes some the govemment performance management.
