摘    要:主要针对企业溴化锂制冷系统地下管网的管内水垢清洗,介绍了化学清洗的优越性以及化学清洗工艺的实施过程。重点讲述了如何利用水封方法来实现对整个管网的分段清洗的原理和措施,阐明了在清洗复杂运行系统时,如何在不破坏系统装置的情况下,来实现快速、高效、低成本的清洗方法及其可行性。清洗结果表明:回水管清洗的除垢率达到95%,该化学清洗工艺比机械式清除的速度快5~8倍,而除垢率却高3~4倍。

Abstract:The superiority of chemical cleaning and implement of its process for the cleaning of ground pipe-network of refrigerating system of enterprises is introduced. The principle and measure of subsection cleaning of whole pipe-network by the means of water-seal are presented. The cleaning means and feasibility of realizing speediness,high-efficiency,low-cost without damage of the system device in the cleaning of complex system in run are illuminated. The cleaning results show that the fouling-cleaning rate of return pipe reaches 95%, the rate of chemical cleaning is 5~8 times faster than that of mechanical cleaning; the fouling-cleaning rate is 3~4 times higher.
