| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代中期以来，欧盟国家纷纷将反规避措施纳入其反倾销立法中，对来自其他国家的生产、投资以及贸易活动采取反规避措施。为了维护反倾销法的尊严和避免反规避行为对我国产生的不利影响，研究反规避及其方法、借鉴欧盟反规避措施立法经验。弥补我国立法的不足无疑是入世后中国面临的又一紧迫的问题。 |

| Abstract: | Since 1980s, EU member countries have included anti-circumvention provisions into anti-dumping legislation, conducting anti-circumvention against foreign invesment and imports. To maintain the proper use of anti-dumping laws and evade the affect of anti-ciucumvention on our country, we should study anti-circumvention and learn from EU anti-circumvention legislation. No doubt, to polish our legal system is a pressing task for us after China's access to WTO. |
