大学生创业法律教育研究

在高校开展的各种创业指导教育中，绝大多数指导都只针对大学生的创业意识、创新能力、创业规划等方面，而对于创业过程中可能涉及的法律问题却关注甚少。教师需立足现有法律基础教育，进一步探讨法律教育的创新性改革，帮助大学生储备创业过程必备的法律知识，学会运用法律保护自己的合法权益，确保大学生的创业行动稳健与长久。
