农村义务教育投入状况实证分析——以广东省惠州市为例

文章以广东省惠州市为例，基于“免费政策后”的视角，实证分析了该市农村义务教育的投入状况。结果发现，实施农村免费义务教育政策后，农户教育负担明显减轻，中小学收费状况进一步改观，农户对子女义务教育的自愿性投入积极性得以激发，经济因素对农户子女教育投入的约束趋于弱化。但免费义务教育的政策效应尚属于初步的和阶段性的，农村义务教育既有的许多问题并未随着免费义务教育的实施而自动退出舞台。各级政府需要继续加大教育投入力度，构建和完善保障农村义务教育投入持续稳定增长的长效机制。

Empirical Analysis of Investment Condition of Rural Compulsory Education
