高职院校生源危机难题对策探讨

历经多年的高速发展，近年来高职教育生源危机初露端倪，呈现出数量减少、质量下降、结构性矛盾突出、新生报到率持续走低等显著特征。究其根源主要在于“三大类、八大项”原因叠加作用之结果。全方位、多层次研究化解高职院校生源危机，并以生源危机破题逐项解决高职教育的突出问题，将是从根本上推动高职教育提升水平、转型发展和完善现代职业教育体系可供选择的重要思路。

The crisis concerning the source of students of vocational Colleges： problems, causes and countermeasures

After many years of rapid development in vocational education, the crisis concerning the source of students has begun to appear. The number and quality of students are decreasing. Structural inconsistency, low students＇ registration are significant features at present, which have resulted from ＂three categories, eight items factors＂. In order to solve this crisis in an all - around way, and taking this as an opportunity to solve the outstanding problems of vocational education, the authors put forward some suggestions on enhancing education level fundamentally and the transition of the development of vocational education.
