This paper evaluates the measuring method currently adopted by other countries to measure the role of NTMs, including Frequency-Type Measures, Price-Comparison Measures, Assistant Rate Measures, in order to offer analytical tools for measuring NTMs protection degree in importing countries for meeting the needs of trade dispute and trade consultation.
