Literatures Review of Vertical Speciation and Relevant Problems

International speciation in production has been an important way in international cooperation and the East-Asian production base has a tight relation with it. This paper describes relevant research methods and viewpoints concerning the background of vertical speciation, the cause of the speciation, case studies and the calculation of the middle-products. The application of vertical speciadon in the China-U.S. trade is the key point and the improved method for that is also proposed in the end.
