With the rapid development of the E-commerce(Electronic Commerce),logistics was brought to the unprecedented height.But the state of our country's logistics has already become a big bottleneck to the development of E-commerce.The paper analyses the current situation of E-commerce logistics management,states the development of integrated logistics and third party logistics and put forwards the logistic agent mode.which is suitable for the situation of China.
