| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨市建设世界冰雪旅游名城意义重大,优势明显。建设中成绩与问题并存,机遇与挑战同在。建议哈尔滨冰雪旅游名城建设中应突出城市主题文化,多举办国际性体育赛事,完善旅游产业链,综合整治城市环境,提升城市魅力,进而提升旅游效益。 |

| Abstract: | It has important significance for Harbin to constructing world ice-snow tourism city.Harbin has the obvious advantage.In the course of construction,we have got achievement and problems,we recommend that highlight culture of city theme,host international sporting events,improve the tourism industry chain,beautify the urban environment and enhance the charm of the city. |
