摘    要:在需求不断增长的汽车零部件市场中,中小企业具有产业政策、激励机制灵活等优势,同时也有着规模小、自主研发能力差等劣势,在市场中处于从属地位。汽车零部件中小企业必须集中一点,发挥“专”“精”优势,积极采取插入、伴随以及国际化的战略,不断获得新的发展空间。

Exploration on Development Strategies of Enterprises of Medium and Small - sized Automobile Accessory

Abstract:Demand of automobile accessory market is increasingly ascending. Medium and small - sized enterprises have their own advantages such as favourable industrial policy and flexible motivation mechanism, and at the same time have some disadvantages including small scale and the lower ability of independent R&D and so on, whic, h remain them subordinate in automobile accessory market. In order to continuously obtain new development space, enterprises of medium and small - sized automobile accessory should break through from one point, bring their advantages of specialization and proficiency into play, and actively take insert strategy, accompaniment strategy and internationalization strategy.
