| Abstract: | China＇s peaceful rise is bound to promote the rapid development of science and technology, which is signed by the integration and balance of hard power and soft power. High or low standard of scientific and technical information is the true symbol and logo of strong or weak soft power of a country. This paper put forwards thought and countermeasures for scientific and technical information work in the era of China＇s peaceful rise. |
