基于产业集群的跨国经营探讨

本文从产业集群实现跨国经营现状的分析入手，对影响产业集群实现跨国经营存在的内外部问题展开研究，并从新思路层面提出推动产业集群进行跨国经营的对策与建议，以促进我国产业集群中的企业（特别是中小企业）跨国经营综合竞争力的提升。

Discussion of Multinational Management in Industrial Cluster

Our country joined the WTO behind the transition period of 3 year will end to December, 2005. From now on the overseas non-tariff barrier especially the technical barrier will become the industrial duster serious obstacle of merchandise export, Therefore, encouraging multinational management in clustering small and medium enterprises is active to evade the technical barrier, and strategic action that accelerates economic development. Through analyzing the status quo, existing problems and so on of carry out the multinational management in industrial cluster, this paper discusses the co and the suggestion for carrying on multinational management based on the industrial cluster with the new way.
