| Abstract: | Today China is faced with the conditions of economic transition,income gap enlarged among residents of towns,demands from the middle and high income class resrained in domestic service,difficulties in employment and development of knowledge economics speeding up.It is the time that existing domestic service industry must be reformed in this background.This article puts forward a new preliminary idea that domestic service industry should base itself on markets and introduce management characters of modern industry then adopt an operating model of franchise chain in order to satisfy demands from society.This paper also points out the significance and possible problems about new model. |
