| 摘 要： | 本文以现代激励机制理论为基础,分析企业战略联盟内部激励机制的系统构成模式(内外环境、关键问题)、形成模式(信息共享型、产学研式知识共享型、监督激励型、联盟产权型)、运行模式(过程和步骤)和互动模式(激励约束机制、防共谋机制),并结合激励理论及公司运作实际,探讨激励机制的应用模式。 |

| Abstract: | This paper mainly analyzes the system constitution pattern（inside and outside environment,key question）,the forming pattern（information sharing,produce-study-research knowledge sharing,surveil-lance-driving,alliance property right）,the movement pattern（process and step） and the interactive pattern（drive-restraint mechanism,communal-seeking resistance mechanism） of enterprises＇ strategic alliance interior＇s incentive mechanism based on the modern incentive mechanism theory.Besides,it discusses the incentive mechanism＇s application patterns combined with the incentive theory and the enterprises＇ practical operation. |
