论跨国公司研发全球化对我国技术创新的影响

本文首先对跨国公司在我国研发概况做了描述,中国已渐成跨国公司设立研发中心的首选地,其次在对跨国公司为争夺我国市场、争夺我国人力资源和进行技术控制动因分析的基础上,分别从知识扩散和技术溢出、人才培养、市场技术水平等方面,分析了跨国公司R&D对我国技术创新的影响。最后得出这样一个结论:作为发展中的中国,要想在经济全球化浪潮中发挥更重要的作用,必须加强自主创新。

On multinational global research＇s influence on China technology innovation

This thesis firstly describes the over view of transnational corporations in China.China has gradually become the first choice for multinational companies to establish R D centers.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of multinational companies,motivation which contends for our markets,our human resources and controls technology,Respectively,It analyzes the impact upon china of R D Globalization from the knowledge diffusion and technology spillovers,talents nurturing and technological level of the market.Finally it arrives at this conclusion： as a developing country,in order to play a more important role in the wave of economic globalization,China must strengthen the ability of independent innovation.
