粮食供求紧平衡的一般分析及其测度指标体系的构建

粮食供求紧平衡状态就是粮食供求已经出现了相对紧张、略有余缺的状况,在这一状况下,粮食风险仍在可控范围。本文在回顾国内外相关文献的基础上,对粮食供求紧平衡进行了一般理论分析,并进一步提出了测度粮食供求紧平衡指标体系的初步方案。

An Analysis on Tight Balance Between Supply and Demand of Grain and the Set-up of its Measurement Index System

The status of tight balance between supply and demand of grain means that the supply of grain is relatively deficiency or less surplus.In this circumstance,the grain risk can be controlled.Based on a review of studies around the world,this paper analyses the common theory of the balance between supply and demand of grain,than puts out a primeval scheme about measurement index system of tight balance between supply and demand of grain.
