| Abstract: | For the purpose of calculating generation operation cost of the power system,the economic justification of pump storage acting as spinning reserve capacity of the power system is discussed based on daily operation simulation and also through quantitative and qualitative analysis.The content and conclusion of the analysis have active meaning in understand- ing the properties of pump storage and also in confirming its role and position in the power system. |
