| 摘 要： | 融资难、融资缺口大已经成为制约目前我国中小企业发展的瓶颈。对此,应采取诸如降低信息不对称、减少道德风险、防范逆向选择、建立专门为中小企业服务的金融机构等措施,以解决中小企业融资难题。

| Abstract: | At present,financing difficulties and huge financing gap have become a major bottleneck confining the development of SMEs in China.In this regard,such actions should be taken as reducing information asymmetry,reducing moral hazard,preventing adverse selection,establishing specialized financial institutions for SMEs,etc.so as to approach to the financing difficulties for SMEs. |
