| 摘 要： | 非监禁刑的广泛适用代表了当今世界刑罚的发展趋势,在此背景下我国社区矫正工作也在开展。呼和浩特市也紧跟步伐逐步探索试行这一制度。本文由社区矫正的基本理论入手继而审视呼和浩特市开展社区矫正的可行性,存在的问题及解决对策展望。

| Abstract: | The wide application of non- imprisonment punishment represents the development trend of world punishments, and community correction work in our country is carried out in this context. Hohhot City gradually explores this system following the pace of the times. This paper starts from the basic theories of community correction to examine and feasibility of the community correction in Hohhot, the existing problems and solutions. |
