| 摘 要： | 我国全日制专业学位硕士研究生扩招后，教学质量整体出现了下滑。如何构建一套完善的教学质量保障体系，提高教学质量，培养更多、更优秀的高层次专业硕士人才成为了当前高校开展教学工作的重点内容。本文对教学质量保障体系的原则、结构与职能等问题进行了分析，并从加强教学队伍的建设、制定科学的人才培养计划、完善教学质量评估手段、实现过程化的教学管理等方面提出了构建教学质量保障体系的建议。

| Abstract: | With the increasing enrollment of graduate students of the full - time professional degree in our country, the overall teaching quality has declined. How to build a comprehensive teaching quality guarantee system, improve the overall quality of teaching and cultivate more and more high level professional master＇ s talents have become the focus of teaching content. This paper analyses the principle, structure and function of teaching quality assurance system, gives some suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the construction of teaching team, making scientific talent training plan, improving the teaching quality assessment method and achieving the procedural requirements of teaching management. |
