沿边开放与边疆少数民族地区和谐可持续发展研究

我国边疆少数民族地区不仅是国防前线，更应该是改革开放前沿。文章以对外开放为视角，以口岸经济为对象进行研究，认为应从国家战略层面重新审视和定位边疆少数民族地区的对外开放问题。利用西部独特的陆疆优势，整合沿边口岸资源，调整口岸经济结构，做强做大沿边陆路开放是破解边疆少数民族地区经济社会发展困局的有效手段和实现和谐可持续发展的根本途径，也是经济全球化条件下培育我国参与国际经济合作和竞争新优势的重要战略举措。

Study on the Harmonious and Sustainable Development of Opening-up Along Border Minority Nationalities Regions

Our minority nationalities regions are not only the frontier of national defense, but also the frontier of reform and opening-up. From the view of opening-up, the export economy in border areas are studied, it is considered that the development strategy of border minority regions should be redesign from the view of national strategy level. Based on the advantages of western China＇s resources, we should combine the export economy, adjust the structure of border economy and develop the border minority region, so as to realized the harmonious and sustainable development, and it is also the essential way to realize harmonious and sustainable development of these regions, which are also important strategic measures for China to nurture its new advantages in international economic cooperation and competition under globalization.
