| 摘 要： | 宁波产业自主创新战略必须坚持走新型工业化道路，以提高国际竞争力为核心，以科技创新为动力，以信息化带动工业化，推进工业结构优化升级和增长方式转变。具体来说，需要做到以下几点：一是推进国家高新技术产业开发区建设，构筑高技术产业化基地；二是强化自主创新，大力发展高技术产业；三是运用信息技术和先进适用技术，大力提升传统优势产业；四是加快制造业信息技术，改善企业技术创新环境和提高创新效益；五是实施工业科技创新工程，优化临港产业发展。

| Abstract: | The free innovation strategy for Ningbo industry must take a new road of industrialization. The optimization of industrial composition and the pattern for increase should be focused on enhancing the power in international competition, powered by scientific innovation and led by information. What needs doing is specified as follows： 1. Promote the construction of national high-tech zone and build corresponding bases; 2. Strengthen free innovation and develop high-tech industry in a big way; 3. Upgrade traditionally advantageous industry by infotech and suitable advanced technology; 4. Speed up the development of info-tech in manufacturing industry, enhance relevant environment and raise its benefit; 5. Practice the engineering of scientific innovation in industry and optimize the development of enterprises at the harbor. |
