高新技术企业是知识、技术密集型企业 ,其特点决定了如何使人力资本效益最大化成为企业发展的关键。明确人力资本产权问题是实现人力资本效益最大化的有效途径。对人力资本产权问题进行初步探索 ,主要阐述高新技术企业人力资本的产权主体、收益权及其与企业所有权的关系等问题。

The Property Right of Human Capital in High- Tech Enterprises

High-tech enterprises are characterized by knowledge-and-technology-intensive operations. A key to the development of the high tech enterprises is maximizing the effectiveness of human capital embedded, and an effective way to do so is to clarify the property rights of human capital, which is the focus of this article. Three issues related to the property rights of human capital in high tech enterprises are explored, namely, the subject of the property rights of human capital, the profit rights of human capital, and the relationships among these rights and the ownerships of the enterprises.
