内蒙古休闲农业“双核”空间结构分析

目的]通过分析最典型的"双核"空间结构,试图将"双核"空间结构引用到内蒙古休闲农业的研究中,并为省域视角下休闲农业空间结构的研究提供一种可借鉴的思路。方法]主要采用文献资料法,并结合自身研究,在分析内蒙古休闲农业空间结构的基础上提出呼和浩特-呼伦贝尔休闲农业"双核"空间构想。结果]结果表明,呼和浩特以其突出的服务和集散功能作为"首核",呼伦贝尔以其超强的吸引力功能作为"次核",两市互补形成内蒙古休闲农业"双核"空间结构。但内蒙古休闲农业"双核"空间结构发展过程中仍存在产品单一,受季节影响较大;企业投资少,客源市场分散及服务水平偏低,生态环境有隐患等问题,进一步提出挖掘特色农业资源,丰富休闲农业市场;政府引导,加大各方投资,创建独特的休闲农业,吸引游客及提高服务水平,保护生态环境等解决方案。结论]内蒙古休闲农业"双核"空间结构的形成必将实现全省域休闲农业的整体升级,这也是一个区域休闲农业从欠发达阶段向发达阶段演化的必经阶段。

ANALYSIS ON "DUAL-CORE" SPATIAL STRUCTURE OF LEISURE AGRICULTURE IN INNER MONGOLIA

This paper introduced the typical "dual-core" space structure to the leisure agriculture in Inner Mongolia, so as to provide a reference for the study of the provincial leisure agriculture. The literature analysis method was used to analyze the structure of leisure agriculture in Inner Mongolia, and provide the "dual-core" space idea of leisure agriculture. The results showed that the outstanding service and distribution function were the "core" in Hohhot, the strong attraction function was the "core" in Hulunbeir, which formed the "dual-core" spatial structure of leisure agriculture in Inner Mongolia. But there were still some problems in the development process of leisure agriculture in Inner Mongolia, such as a single product which was greatly influenced by the season, low business investment and low service level, and weak ecological environment. Finally, it put forward some countermeasures, including exploring the characteristics of agricultural resources to enrich the leisure agriculture market, increasing the investment under the government guidance, creating unique leisure agriculture to attract more tourists, improving service levels, and protecting the ecological environment, and so on. It concluded that the formation of the "dual-core" space structure can achieve the overall upgrade of the leisure agriculture in the whole province. It was also a necessary stage for the development of the leisure agriculture area from underdeveloped stage to the advanced stage.
