绵阳市生态环境与经济协调发展研究

摘    要:目的]区域社会经济发展与其生态环境彼此相互联系与制约,构成一个统一整体,区域可持续发展是全球关注的热点问题。方法]文章运用协调发展理论,通过构建生态环境与经济系统的指标体系和协调度评价模型,分析绵阳市经济发展与生态环境的时间变化特征。结果]研究表明,绵阳市生态环境与经济发展水平的协调性状况在时间维度上大致分为3个阶段:(1)2000~2007年生态环境与经济发展水平处于低级共生阶段,整体属于生态脆弱型;(2)2008~2011年生态环境与经济发展水平发展趋势都比较良好,整体处于同步发展阶段;(3)2012~2014年,生态环境再度恶化,两者再次处于低级共生阶段。结论]在上述研究基础上,提出继续坚持退耕还林、加快产业结构调整的步伐、推进清洁生产和循环经济、建立经济与生态环境协调发展制度、建设生态集约与生态文明城市等对策建议,以期为保障绵阳市生态环境与经济协调发展提供参考。

Abstract:The paper quantitatively analyzed the time variation characteristics of economic and ecological environment coordination development in Mianyang, and built an index system of ecological environment and economic system and a model of the coordination degree evaluation.The results showed that the coordination level of ecological environment and economic of Mianyang was divided into three stages on the time dimension: the ecological environment and economic development level was in a low-level stage when the ecology was fragile in 2000-2007, the good stage when it was in both good and overall synchronous development stage in 2008-2011, and the low-grade symbiosis stage again in 2012-2014 when the ecological environment was deterioration.Finally, it put forward some suggestions in order to ensure ecological environment and economy′s coordinated development in Mianyang City.
