| 摘 要： | 本文运用我国30个省、市、自治区1998-2006年的数据,从全国专利总体及分类角度,计量检验了外商直接投资(FDI)对我国自主创新能力的影响。研究发现:FDI对我国总体专利申请产生了显著的正面溢出效应,对发明专利的申请没有显著影响,对于实用新型和外观设计专利则产生了明显的溢出效应。结果表明:我国目前的管理制度不太利于自主创新能力的提高,而经济发展水平及科技人力资本投入是我国自主创新能力提高的两个重要影响因素。

| Abstract: | Using the data of 30 provinces, municipals, autonomous regions, from the perspectives of the whole number of patents and its different kinds, this paper empirically tests the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the innovation capacity of China.
