| 摘 要： | 本文以新古典经济增长理论为基础,采用内生经济增长模型衡量技术进步,将技术进步效应分为直接技术注入效应和技术外溢效应进行研究,同时引入人力资本、本土创新能力、开放程度等变量分别对中国东、中、西部地区建立最优拟合模型,实证检验FDI对我国区域技术进步的影响。实证结果表明,FDI的技术注入效应在东、中部地区为正,在西部地区则为负。FDI的技术外溢效应在东部地区不显著,在中部地区通过接受高等教育的劳动者显现,而在西部地区则偏爱接受中等教育的劳动者。

| Abstract: | Based on the new economic growth theory, this paper makes use of the endogenous growth model to measure technical progress, which is classified into two categories: direct technology injection and technology spillover. Meantime, variables such as human resource, domestic innovation, and degree of openness are introduced to establish the most fitting models for the east, middle and west areas of China separately.
