摘    要:"两课"教师人格魅力具有鲜明的示范性和强烈的时代性。因而,一个具有人格魅力的"两课"教师能更有效地提高教学效果,促进学生知行转化。教师提高人格魅力主要通过加强理论学习,提高教学水平;培养创新精神和平等思想;加强师德素养等途径来达到。教师人格魅力通过理论教育、课堂展示、社会实践等途径对学生的知行转化产生积极影响。

Abstract:Two Coursesteacher's personality has a distinct demonstration and a strong times.Thus,one who has the charisma can more effectively improve the teaching effect,promot the know-ing conversion of students.The main means of raising the personality for teachers are to strengthen theoretical study and cultural awareness,improve the teaching level;cultivate the spirit of innova-tion and character of tolerate,considerate and enthusiastic,strengthen ethics cultivation.
