试论我国高校体育教育专业核心竞争力及其培育

核心竞争力是组织长期保持竞争优势的基本保证。体育教育专业核心竞争力是依托学校资源在体育教育专业长期发展过程中形成的能够协调自身不同技能和整合各种技术资源，获得个性和优势在竞争中持续获胜的内核能力。高校体育教育专业核心竞争力的培训首先要树立长远目标和强烈的社会责任感；其次要实施品牌战略，不断创新，实现可持续发展；三是要坚持教学、科研两手抓；四是要营造校园体育文化氛围，不断加强环境建设；五是建立灵活的管理机制，与时俱进。

On the Core Competence of P. E Specialty in Higher Education Institutes and Its Development

The core competence is the fundamental guarantee for an organization＇s everlasting competence. By using the method of documentation, and logical analysis, referring to the relative core competence theory, based on the analysis of the situation at present and in future in Chinese college physical education major, this paper studies the connotation of core competence of physical education major, analyses systematically the connotation＇s factors and perspective, and tries to put forward a few of suggestion to develop the core competence of Chinese college physical education major.
