| 摘 要： | 区块链技术自2009年问世以来,受到了广泛关注。由于具有不可篡改、可追溯、去中心化、去信任化等特性,区块链提供了一种不同于以往的信用创造机制,在不同的经济金融领域展开了应用探索,也为资本项目管理效能提升提供了一种新思路。从区块链在资本项目中运用的必要性与可行性、运用框架和具体应用场景(以境外投资为例)三个方面展开实践探讨,以期能够通过区块链的运用进一步提升资本项目便利化程度和监管效率。

| Abstract: | Since its inception in 2009,Blockchain has attracted wide attention.Due to its untamable,traceable,decentralized,and trustless characteristics,Blockchain provides a credit creation mechanism different from the past,explores its application in different economic and financial fields,and provides a new way of exploring the improvement of capital account management efficiency.In this paper,on the basis of the necessity and feasibility of the application of Blockchain in capital account,the application framework and specific application scenarios(taking overseas investment as an example)are discussed in practice,so as to further improve the facilitation degree and regulatory efficiency of capital account through the application of Blockchain. |
